Protection Plan Claims Portal

To allow us to assess and respond to your claim as quickly as possible, we will ask you a number of questions about the claim that you wish to make. The questions that we ask will vary depending on the type of claim you are making.

When providing information relating to your claim it is important that you provide us with as much detail as possible.

You can help speed up the claims process by:

1. Answering all questions asked on the Online Claim Form.

2. Providing as much detail as possible about the circumstances of the claim.

3. For all Damage Claims, upload a minimum of one (1) photograph which clearly shows the damage to the device.

4. For all Theft Claims, a copy of the Police Report “that is lodged within 7 days of the incident” is mandatory.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All Damage and Theft Claims require an Excess to be paid in store, consult your brochure for more details on the amount.
